6.4 b888's determination regarding bonus eligibility and bonus abuse is final and binding, subject to the formal disputes process set out in Section 15.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on b888 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or betting market interface and form part of these Terms by reference.
7.2 In the event of a genuine technical failure, software error, or manifest pricing error affecting the outcome of a bet or game, b888 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account. b888 is not obligated to honour any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price or under obviously erroneous conditions.
7.3 For sports betting, including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, and Test matches), football, UFC, and other markets: where a match is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not reach a result by the scheduled time, b888's settlement rules for that specific sport and market type apply. These rules are published in the sportsbook rules section of the b888 platform.
7.4 b888 reserves the right to place maximum stake limits on any market or game at its discretion. Individual player limits may be applied where b888 identifies unusual betting patterns.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on b888 and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

12.3 In all circumstances where b888 is found liable to a Player under these Terms, b888's total aggregate liability to that Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit b888's liability for death or personal injury caused by b888's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by b888.
13.1 b888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where b888 reasonably determines that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated applicable law, or where b888 is required to do so by its licensing authority or applicable regulation.
13.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Player, b888 reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation and final determination. Where account closure is initiated by b888 for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any remaining real money balance will be refunded to the Player through an approved payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.3 Players may close their b888 account voluntarily at any time by contacting the live chat support team. Prior to processing any voluntary account closure, b888 will confirm settlement of any active bets and completion of any pending withdrawal requests.
14.1 b888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, b888 will provide registered Players with at least 7 days' notice via the email address or contact details associated with their b888 account before the changes take effect.
